The following facilities are available for the students:
1. Internet facility: 24 hours (4 MBPS) internet facility and Wi-Fi in the campus and library. 
2. Lecture Halls & Class rooms: - All class rooms and lecture halls are spacious with comfortable furniture and lot of ventilation. They are also equipped with LCD projectors wherever required.
3. Library: The University has one central Library. There are 17,000 Books at present. The students can reserve book online in the library.
4. Conference Hall: - A spacious conference hall with a seating capacity of 100.
5. Auditorium: There is a soundproof auditorium with seating capacity of 300 students and is equipped with all modern facilities.

7. On each floor of the hostels there is a common room with indoor game facilities such as carom, chess, etc.
8. On each floor of the hostels a television set has been provided in the common rooms.
9. Medical facilities are available to the students at the Akal Charitable Hospital.
10. There is a training and placement cell on the university campus which helps the students in placements and industrial training.

There are excellent facilities for sports. There is a 100×60m ground for all field games with facility to play at night with flood lights all around the ground.

There is a sports officer who looks after the games and there are coaches who train the teams in different games.

4. Our Team participated in 1st Basket Ball Championship organized by Chitkara University (Date 6th March, 2010 to 8th March, 2010)
5. Intra College Weight Lifting Championship and body building competition
6. Intra College Chess Championship
7. Intra college table Tennis Championship (Boys, Girls)
8. Intra College Badminton Championship (Boys, Girls)

Intra University Basket Ball Championship (Boys, Girls)

The other facilities are available for the students:
1. The students are also given academic scholarships and awards.
2. There is a finishing school for senior students where the students are given the training in communication skills and soft skills so that they can face the interviews.
3. Teaching research assistantships: Students are given teaching/research assistantships to improve their qualifications.

Special projects fellowships: Some students are given university fellowships to work on special research projects.

Eternal University Baru-Sahib is taking due care of its students by providing homes away from homes with eight storied hostel buildings constructed and furnished beautifully and tastefully.

Following are some salient features-
1. Eternal University is a totally residential university.
2.
There are separate hostels for boys and girls on the University campus. One Boys’ and two girls’ hostels are located in separate buildings quite far from each other.
3.
The rooms are spacious, neat and clean with separate wardrobes with their individual lock and key provided for each student.
4.
The students can choose among single, double or three seated rooms in the hostel.
5.
Separate female wardens and staff have been provided for girls’ hostels. No male staff is allowed to enter inside the girls’ hostels.
6.
The decorum of the hostel is maintained to the highest level of cleanliness through hygienic conservancy of toilets and bath rooms. Cleanliness of rooms and hostel building assured by provision of staff

In the Boys’ hostel hot water is supplied in the morning and the evening through a boiler. In the Girls’ hostel geysers are provided in the bathrooms for hot water.

On each floor of the hostel purified cold drinking water supply is provided during summer.
9. On each floor of the hostels there is a common room with indoor game facilities such as carrom, chess, etc.
10. On each floor of the hostels there is a T.V. in common rooms.
11. Hygienically prepared & nutritionally balanced vegetarian food is served in the hostels. Self service of meals is encouraged. Teaching faculty takes the same meals with students in the mess.

Newspapers are also provided in the hostels to help students stay abreast of the latest happenings.

Warden’s parental care and help are available in each hostel. Guardian teachers’ visit students’ rooms on a periodic basis. Dean of student welfare makes a weekly visit in every room in the hostel.

Important phone numbers have been displayed on the notice board of the hostel. Timings of availability of doctors have also been put-up on the notice board

Other facilities available at the university
1.
There is one full time training & placement department which is equipped with specialized staff.
2.
The students are helped to find suitable openings for summer training and placement.
3.
The students are encouraged to participate in the technical festivals organized by different Universities and Institutes in the country.
4.
Since the University has signed memorandum of understanding with Wayne State University U.S.A. for engineering & Drexel University for nursing, the students are helped to go to these Universities for higher studies.
5.
The students are also encouraged to participate in games at national and international level and their all expenses are borne by the University.
6.
The University organizes debates and competitive events in which the students are encouraged to participate to inculcate in them the quality of leadership.

Industrial visits are organized to give the students an exposure to industry.

Work Study Program: In order to help financially needy students, opportunity of doing part time jobs in the university i.e. in the library or laboratories, is provided to the students.

There are facilities for students to take part in extra-curricular activities and the following clubs exist on the University campus:
  • RENEWABLE ENERGY CLUB: Our students participated in the Technical festival held at NIT Hamirpur from 11th to 14th March and won First prize for their model “RUN YOUR CAR ON WATER”.
  • The students also won Third prize in the same Technical festival for their project “SOLAR DIYA” (SOLAR LAMP).
  • TECHNOCRATS CLUB: There is a Techno-management club in the university and the students design their own electronic circuits and other software. The students have participated in Technical Festival held at Baddi University for the past 3 years and have won accolades for the college in various spheres of technology there.
  • ROBOTICS CLUB: There is a robotic club in the campus and students design their own robots with the help of faculty members.
  • ETERNAL ENGLISH LITERARY SOCIETY: The students can become members of this society and participate in Debates, Poetry Recitations and other activities of the society.
  • ATHLETICS CLUB: There is an athletic club in the university. This club organizes athletic meet in the university and teams from other universities are invited to participate.
